• We truly understand how important it is to find the perfect dress for your special occasion, and we are here to support you throughout this process. Once you place your order, we begin processing it right away to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery.
• Since each dress is carefully made to order, the materials cannot be reused once production begins. For this reason, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancellations.
• If your order is still in the processing stage, it may be possible to cancel it. However, once it moves into the shipping stage, cancellations are no longer an option. If you need to cancel your order, simply contact us via Live Chat. Our operator will be happy to help you cancel or change your order in time. Alternatively, you can send us an E-mail about your order.
If you would like to cancel your order, please log in to your account, go to "My Orders," click "Create a Ticket", fill out the required fields, and submit.
